Q: HOW OFTEN DO YOU DELIVER?
A: We deliver weekly- every Thursday & Friday.
Here is our current delivery schedule:
Thursday: Arlington, Mansfield, Burleson
Friday: Fort Worth, Keller
We may deliver to some "in between" cities as well. Just go to "register" and enter your zip-code to find out if your city is included!
Q: WHAT DO I DO THE DAY OF DELIVERY?
A: The morning of delivery all you have to do is place a cooler on your front porch (make sure it is large enough to hold everything you have ordered). You may leave your own ice packs in your cooler too. If we feel that your cooler is not the appropriate size we will leave your order in Farm to Fork insulated bags with Farm to Fork ice packs.You will be notified and billed later for the number of insulated bags needed to ensure the quality of your purchase.
Q: WHAT DO I DO WITH THE EXTRA FARM TO FORK ICE PACKS THAT YOU LEAVE?
A: Upon delivering your order if we feel it necessary that your order needs added ice packs we will leave some from Farm to Fork. In an effort to preserve the environment we ask that your re-use them with your next order or leave a note for us to pick them up with your next order. Please consider the environment and do not dispose of them.
Q: IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP FEE?
A: Absolutely not! There is NO membership fee, NO minimum number of orders and NO hidden costs.Our products are the same price in the store as they are online. You just order WHAT you want, WHEN you want (which could be every week, if you WANT).
Q: WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOME DELIVERY & PICK-UP LOCATION ORDERS?
A: Home delivery orders are delivered directly to your home's front porch and do have a delivery fee of $10 (first delivery is FREE with code "welcome"). If you are ordering to pick up at a drop location of a like minded business or neighborhood the delivery fee is only $5 (EMAIL us if you are a like minded business or neighborhood that would like to be a pick up location email@example.com). If you are ordering to pick up at Farm to Fork Foods store front your order will be considered a concierge order. All store concierge orders have a $10 convenience fee and will be brought out to your car upon arrival at the store.
Q: HOW DO I BECOME A PICK-UP LOCATION?
A: If you have a like-minded business or neighborhood in the area where a group of people are interested in supporting local farmers and eating a clean wholesome diet we want to hear from you! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us all about it!
Q: DO YOU OFFER CURBSIDE GROCERY PICK-UP?
A: Yes we DO! We love offering this service to elderly, busy mommas and anyone in a time crunch! What we offer is concierge store pick up. Just choose Farm to Fork Foods as your pick up location. Place your order and we will have it ready in one business day or sooner. We will contact you as soon as we have your order pulled and charged to plan a convenient time for you to come pick up your groceries at the store. A $10 convenience fee will be added to your order. Once you arrive at the store we will bring them out to your car along with a receipt and load them up for you!
Q: WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCTS DO YOU SELL?
A: We specialize in sustainably raised GRASS-FED/GRASS FINISHED and PASTURE RAISED meats. All of our meats are sourced locally from ranchers and farmers within 200 miles from our storefront in Arlington, Texas. We currently offer grass fed, grass finished beef, bison, lamb, pastured chicken, pork, and wild caught Alaskan Halibut, Sockeye Salmon, SMOKED Sockeye Salmon, and Cod - all tested for radiation. Additional items we carry are low-temp pasteurized, non homogenized milk from grass fed cows, raw unfiltered honey, pastured eggs, raw cheese and a variety of other natural, local and nutrient dense products. We are constantly researching and adding new products ALL THE TIME, so be sure to check our our "What's New" tab periodically to be in the know.

A: If you're the kind of person who really likes to pick up and look at the product before you buy it, you can always shop our brick and mortor location at 2001 W. Mayfield Arlington, Texas. Q: HOW DO I ORDER?
A: It's really easy to place an order with us!
1. First, register with us by clicking the "Register" button in the top right corner and fill out the form. If you have an account with us, click the "Log In" button in the upper right corner of the home page (NOTE: If you had an account on our old website you must create a new account).
2. Once your account is created, SHOP by selecting items to add to your cart to be delivered the next delivery day in your area. You do not have to submit or "view order" to process your order. Your order will automatically process with items in your cart. If you do not want your order to be delivered then you MUST clear your cart or choose "skip delivery" to delay delivery to the following week.
3. Remember you still have time to edit your cart before the order deadline but all final order must meet the minimum of $50. Something to keep in mind is that most of our meat you order by the package but will be charged by the actual weight. The TOTAL amount you see in your cart is an estimate based on average package size. Don't FORGET to put a cooler on your front porch for your delivery items the day of delivery!
