Please contact the farm 512-386-5273 if you have any further questions.

Is there an option for delivery orders to receive organic produce?

Yes there is! On the order form scroll down until you see “Organic Produce”. Then choose what size box you would like. You are not committing to a certain number of shares. This is a ONE TIME purchase (great if you would like to TRY before you commit to 4 shares). If you would like to order veggies for a pickup order your order needs to be in by MONDAY at NOON the week of delivery. Due to the fact that we only receive fresh veggies every Thursday and do not have storage space to keep them fresh in the store. If you would like to place a concierge order that includes veggies note that the veggies will no be available until the following Thursday and the concierge order must be placed at least 3 days in advance (by Monday at noon).

I’ve noticed that you have an online ordering tab that says “Order & Pick-Up”, what is that for?

We NOW offer 2 conveniences for our customers. We have multiple drop locations throughout DFW where Farm to Fork delivers pre-ordered groceries every other week or monthly. See a list of our delivery calendar HERE. Delivery order deadline for pick-up the same week must be in the Monday of delivery week at NOON.

We also offer a concierge service where you can place your order online and pre-pay then we will bag up your order and have it ready at the store within 24 hours or one business day (max) from when you placed it ( most of the time it can be picked up same day). We will contact you as soon as your order is ready. Then simply drive up to the store and we will bring out your groceries to the car (great for moms on the go).

Occasionally we open our online order form for specific items such as holiday specials on meats, local pies and quiche or other local baked goods, wild caught seafood pre-order (normally we offer a discount for seafood pre-orders because of the large quantity we must order at a time) and other products that we might be testing. Please subscribe to our email list, follow us on Facebook and Instagram to learn more and keep up with latest Farm to Fork news.

So how do I place an order online for pick up at the store OR at a delivery location?

1. Go to our website and click on “Order & PickUp”.

2. You MUST create an account by entering your email and creating a password (will keep you from having to re-enter your information with every order) or log in as a guest. OR if you already have an account, please log in.

3. Enter your order by choosing the items and quantity into our easy to use order form.

4. Choose your pick up location (Either the store or a business that we partner with) and enter your credit card information. We will manually charge your card for the exact weight and have a receipt for you upon pick up.

5. You will receive a confirmation email with an ESTIMATED total. Again, you will receive the exact total based on actual weight upon pick up.

*Please email us if you run into any problems or have questions!

**All Pre-Orders are FINAL SALE. All delivery orders must be a minimum of $50.00.

***Please note the pick up day, time and location. If you will not be able to pick up your order, please plan to have someone else pick it up for you!

How do I pay for my online pre-order?

Credit card information is required upon ordering.  Your credit card will be charged with your exact total before pick up.  Please remember that the totals listed on the order form/order confirmation page are estimates.  Package weights vary, so your totals will vary as well.

Do you accept PayPal for online pre-orders?

At this time, we do not accept PayPal.

My total at pickup is different that the total on my pre-order form. Why is there a difference?

All package weights listed on the price sheet and on the order form are APPROXIMATES. When you calculate your total, you are just using the average package size rather than what you are actually receiving. Your ACTUAL total is based on the weights of each package pulled for your order.

May I use my loyalty punch card or any other discounts on my online pre-order?

Unfortunately we cannot extend discounts to pre-order purchases unless specified for a specific pre-order purchase (example: salmon 30 lb box special seafood pre-order).

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the nature of the products sold at Farm to Fork Foods, products from small farms and businesses, all sales are final.  If you purchase a product and encounter a problem with purchase, please contact us with your concerns and we will do our best to rectify the problem in the most appropriate way.

Why open Farm to Fork Foods?

Farm to Fork Foods came to being as we realized that many people had the desire to find healthier, cleaner food but were either not sure how to do so in a way that fit their family’s budgets or simply did not know where to purchase it. By ordering in large quantities, working directly with the farmer/rancher, and maintaining low overhead expenses we are able to offer a high quality product at competitive prices. It is my hope that this will be a stepping stone for families as they move towards a more whole-food diet. This is a journey…one that few people can say they have perfected. My family and I have been on this journey for about 3 years and continue to make baby steps all the time as we, too, work towards eating in way that will build our bodies up, and not break them down.
